Employees of the company Terra studio ltd. possesses expertise and years of experience in real estate business which encompasses; assessment of real estate market value, legal basis and legal terms of real estate transactions, spatial planning documentation, bargaining skills, legal transactions and land-registry protection.

Head of Department: Tomislav Vranjković, born on December 16, 1980 in Dubrovnik, graduated from the Faculty of Law in Zagreb.

The present work experience includes work in the geodetic office as an expert associate in administration and technical assistance. After completing his diploma, he spent more than eight months at the Croatian Employment Bureau as an legal counselor. Next three years he spent in a private real estate agency as an adviser for legal affairs.

Since October last year, together with a business partner, he founded the company Terra studio d.o.o. for geodesy and real estate business.
